Bumper Stickers:
24 hours in a day.
24 bottles in a case.
Coincidence? I think not.

Some people think of it as a six pack.
I think of it as a support group.

Misc.

Hey all,
Just in case you are wondering who this is, this is Kimberly Travis the
sister of Michelle Willett who got in the sand rail accident at
Thanksgiving
with my dad, Dave Travis. Well, it's three weeks since the accident and I
finally can leave my leg down for long enough to sit here at this computer
and send out a HUGE THANK YOU for everything you guys and gals did for my
dad and me. I'm doing much better although it will still be another 3
weeks
before I can put any weight on my left leg. My doctors have all said that
my surgeon did an excellent job and they couldn't have done any better
themselves. (I guess that comes with all the experience that they get,
being
so close to Glamis and all) Just to give a range of how well I'm doing,
when you touch your heel to your behind that is considered full movement of
155 degrees. The day after my surgury I could only move my knee 55
degrees.
I am now able to move my knee a full 120 degrees. My physical therapist
says I am progressing remarkably, and believes that I will get at least 95%
of my movement back in my leg. Anyway I don't want to be too long winded.
I just wanted to send out a big huge hug to everyone who helped me after
the
accident. (I hope I wasn't too much of a pain) My dad also wanted me to
send out a thank you for everything you did for him and all the help in
getting the buggy back to camp. It's people like you that make people like
me want to get right back out there. I can't reiterate enough how thankful
I am for everyone who helped or sent their best wishes to the hospital with
my sister. Well, I better let you guys and gals go. Please make sure that
this gets forwarded to everyone who was there and if you want to e-mail you
have now got my address. Once more thank you and happy holidays to
everyone.
Love, Kimberly Travis
P.S. Although we are going to be at Ansa Borego for Christmas let me
know
where you guys are going to be at Glamis (what pad number) maybe I will be
able to get a ride over one day to visit and thank all of you in person.
